ACCESSIBILITY APPS
To make your experience in Cinemark rooms fully accessible, there are some applications for smartphones and tablets, created to provide complete accessibility by providing the resources of Audio Description, Descriptive Subtitling and LIBRAS - Brazilian Sign Language. Below you will find all the available applications along with the links to download each one. By accessing the page of each application, you will have the entire step-by-step guide for using it.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT - ALEXA
We have the Cinemark command available on Alexa - your virtual assistant! With this command, you will be able to know the Cinemark schedule at your favorite cinema. Activate now on your device
CINEASSISTA
In some of our cinemas, it is possible to request the device called CineAssista which integrates LIBRAS (Brazilian sign language) with automatic translation, audio description, and real-time subtitles on a device with audio and touch screen. To use the device, the customer must read and sign the responsibility term available in the cinemas that have the CineAssista device before the start of the session. In these cinemas, we will have a model responsibility term in Braille for reading and another identical term for signature. After the end of the session, the device must be returned at the box office and handed over to the on-duty manager.
